Idols Theatre Week

Dream Sets designed and built a dramatic stage setup for Idols Theatre Week 2021 at Urban Brew Studios, for client SIC Entertainment. The design created a warm, performance-driven environment with a glossy black stage, bold amber lighting and a striking suspended truss structure that brought height, depth and intensity to the space.

The overhead lighting feature formed a powerful focal point above the stage, while rows of stage lights, vertical truss towers and a glowing backdrop added movement and atmosphere. The reflective floor amplified the rich orange tones, giving the setup a polished, cinematic feel perfectly suited to live music performances and high-pressure audition moments. The result was an intimate yet impactful theatre-style production space that captured the energy, emotion and excitement of Idols.
